It is that time of year where brown patch begins to develop in the lawn.  If you have an irrigation system we suggest watering only in the mornings so the grass does not sit wet overnight when fungus is likely to spread.  If you happen to see low areas in the lawn showing fungus, reach for a liquid treatment of ‘Banner’ from a local retailer.  The best way to fight fungus is to add a little amount of soil to the problem areas so they do not hold water for extended periods of time.
