I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how much we’re enjoying our pool.Our experience with The Pool Man has great… before, during, and after the construction. With such a small yard, we were worried about being able to fit everything we wanted into the space. Blake was able to design a great looking pool and spa and still give us the decking that we were looking for.
During construction, David was right with us every step of the way. Any questions were answered quickly and we were blown away with your team’s ability to manage the schedule, even with some of the weather challenges. Thanks a million David and Danielle!
As we started the pool up for the first time, Daniel was a great teacher for these two novice pool owners. He was very patient with us and gave us the right tools to keep our pool going. With his instruction, it seems like a lot less work than I thought it would be. (The in-floor cleaning system is awesome and makes little work of keeping it clean.) Even now, having Laurie right there to help us with any questions or to just check in on us makes us feel like valued customers. Our family and many of our neighbors are blown-away by the quality, materials, and features of the pool. The stonework is beautiful.
So do we like our pool? We love it! And we have recommended The Pool Man to our neighbors looking to install a pool or spa. Thanks for taking our tiny backyard and making it into an oasis.
