Cheesy Corn Dip 2 cups – Mayo, 2 cans – Mexican blend corn, 2 cups – shredded Mexican blend cheese, 1 cup – graded Parmesan cheese, chopped Jalapeno peppers to taste. Mix all ingredients in bowl and transfer to a 9″ X 9″ baking dish. Cook at 350 degrees until top is golden brown. (approx. 20 min.) Serve hot with tortilla chips, Ritz crackers, etc.  Enjoy! As Houston Pool Builders, we know the dangers of pool chemicals and wanted to remind everyone about basic pool chemical storage.  Keep your pool chemicals in a well ventilated area with the containers sealed and keep them away from children.  An important note, if you keep your pool chemicals in the garage, the fumes can be corrosive to any metal objects.  One last safety issue – NEVER mix pool chemicals with each other.  Remember – SAFETY FIRST!

Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone having to deal with these fires.  God Bless all the firefighters and volunteers!
